It’s the first Saturday of Hull Fair 2026 and it is obvious from the faces of fairgoers what a welcome return to the city this event is. It may date back seven centuries but Hull Fair shows no signs of demand waning for this autumn staple.
Families and groups of friends flocked to Walton Street yesterday for the opening of the fair. This afternoon fairgoers are out in force again, under sunny skies, to get their annual fair fix.
Tonight is set to be a packed affair at the fairground, with Saturday nights being the most popular times to visit.
